Happy Birthday, Katie!

Breakfast:
-Orange
-Yogurt (90 cal) w/ granola
-Bagel (150 cal)
-1/3 fat cream cheese

Snack
-Orange

Lunch
-Smart Ones Chicken Parmesan (290 cal)
-Granola bar (90 cal)

Dinner
-Salad with grilled chicken broccoli and cucumbers... 2 tbsp thousand island dressing

Probably ate more but forgot...  this marks the end of slacking on the posts
